The problem
Couriers juggled a routing app, a chat group and paper slips. Missed hand-offs cost the company about 90 failed deliveries a week.
The approach
I rode along on 20 shifts, then cut the app down to three large-target screens that work in rain and gloves: next stop, hand-off, done.
The outcome
Failed deliveries fell by 38% in the first quarter, and new couriers now finish training in a single day.
